I stumbled across this on Facebook today, and it made me think about how much effort and time it takes EVERY SINGLE DAY to make conscious decisions in regards to food.  Other decisions I tend to gently brush off, or pass along :)  I’m good at that…
ANYWAY…
What do you choose when it comes to convenience and cutting corners?  What do you buy “store bought”?
One of the most common products I buy instead of doing or preparing myself, is peeled organic carrots.  I DO NOT have time for that.  Especially as I buy the mini baby carrots.  I mean seriously, can you imagine…  I also buy Frozen organic fruit, and spinach already chopped.  And of course my sick and twisted relationship with nut butters would suffer if I had to actually find the time to grind and jar my own.  Just give me the damn spoon… Or a wedge of celery.
